1. Who we are

Craps.now ("we", "us", "the site") is a free entertainment and education website where visitors play craps and related dice games in the browser. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Not gambling - free virtual chips only

The important one: Craps.now is not a gambling service. All play uses free virtual chips that have no monetary value. There are no deposits, no purchases, no withdrawals, no prizes and no cash-outs of any kind. Chips cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed for anything. Wins and losses on Craps.now affect leaderboard standings and personal statistics - nothing else.

The site exists to let people enjoy and learn the game of craps - its rules, odds and vocabulary - entirely risk-free. Nothing on this site is an encouragement to gamble with real money, and the odds information we publish is educational.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Anyone may play as a guest. Creating an account (email/password or Google sign-in) is optional and free; it saves your statistics across devices and shows your username on leaderboards. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may remove accounts or leaderboard entries that use offensive names, impersonate others, or appear to abuse the service.

4. Fair play

Don't attempt to falsify leaderboard results, automate play, flood the service with requests, interfere with multiplayer matches, or probe or disrupt the site's security. We may filter, rate-limit or remove suspect results and block abusive traffic.

5. User content

Multiplayer chat and contact-form messages must be lawful and respectful. We may remove content and restrict access for abuse, spam or harassment.

6. Intellectual property

The site's code, design, text and imagery belong to Craps.now or its licensors. The rules of craps itself are, of course, part of gaming history and belong to everyone. You may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site without permission.

7. Availability and changes

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time, including resetting statistics or leaderboards where technically necessary. We aim for excellent uptime but promise none.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a free entertainment website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site - which is zero.

9. Responsible gaming note

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
