How are my stats and progress saved?
Your progress is saved automatically from the first roll. The only question is whether you want it tied to one device or synced across all of them.
Guest saving
Play as a guest and everything - sessions played, times doubled, win rate, best time, fewest rolls, current streak, plus any in-progress session - is stored in your browser's local storage on that device. Close the tab, come back tomorrow, and your table is where you left it. The trade-off: clearing your browser data erases guest stats, and they don't follow you to other devices.
Syncing with an account
A free account does two things: it syncs your stats and records to your profile so every device you sign in on shows the same numbers, and it keeps a permanent name on the leaderboard and daily boards. A double-up on your laptop at lunch shows on your phone that evening. That's the entire pitch - no other features are gated behind signing up.
Privacy and portability
Guest stats never leave your browser, and we don't sell personal data - see the privacy policy. Because saving is local-first, your progress even survives playing offline, syncing up when you reconnect. Signing in is purely for convenience, never a requirement - as do I need an account explains.
Related questions
Do I need an account to play?
No. Everything is playable as a guest - your stats and sessions save in your browser automatically. A free account is optional: it syncs your records across devices and keeps a permanent name on the leaderboards, but you never need one to play.
Can I play craps offline?
Yes, for solo play. Once a table page has loaded, the game runs entirely in your browser, so you can keep rolling with no connection and your stats save locally. Only the live features - multiplayer races and the daily challenge - need the internet.
Does craps work on mobile?
Yes. Every table is built for touch - tap a bet spot to place chips, tap again to press, and roll with a single button. There's no app to download; it runs in your mobile browser, and you can add it to your home screen to play like an app.
